In order to ensure that all patients receive timely care and to mitigate the impact of missed appointments, we do require a credit card to be stored on file to schedule a cosmetic appointment. No charge will be made unless in event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.

To ensure that all patients receive timely care and to mitigate the impact of missed appointments, a $50 no-show fee will be applied if a patient fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice with a master aesthetician and $100 no show fee for missed appointments with a MD, PAC, or NP-C.

If you schedule an appointment for both neurotoxin and dermal filler treatment and decide not to proceed with the dermal filler treatment or any other cosmetic services that require additional time reserved on a MD, PAC or NP-C schedule, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged. This fee is to compensate for the time that was specifically reserved for your appointment.
