Schedule a Pediatric Eye Appointment Online
At Cascade Eye & Skin Centers, we strive to make your experience as seamless and efficient as possible. That’s why we’ve introduced our online self-scheduling platform, powered by Klara. Before you schedule your appointment, please take a moment to review the information below.
To allow time for any insurance-related referral requirements and staff processing, we are unable to schedule same day appointments.

A Pediatric eye examination is for a child in ages 4 – 12 years of age.
A Pediatric eye examination can last anywhere from 1 ½ to 2 hours and the child will be dilated.
A parent or legal guardian will need to accompany the minor throughout their visit, plan on staying in the room with your child during this time and if scheduling more than one pediatric eye exam for the same day, a parent or legal guardian must also be with the second child.
Once a date and time is selected, you will receive a text message from our Patient Support Services team to either confirm the appointment is successfully held for you or if a request for additional information is necessary to complete the request.

To avoid cancellation, we are unable to see more than two family members on the same day and watch for any important messages to come through once you submit your request.
