Jacqueline Pawlaczyk has been working as a dermatology Nurse Practitioner-Certified since 2015. She earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from South University in 2015 and then immediately trained in an extensive didactic and clinical dermatology midlevel fellowship program alongside the Beaumont Health Dermatology Residency Program in Wyandotte, Michigan. Jacqueline also earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University. She has over five years of nursing experience in cardiac and medical intensive care.

Jacqueline is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to practice through the Washington State Department of Health and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. She is committed to providing excellent patient-centered care and education and specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of skin, hair and nail disorders. She has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of skin cancers, antiaging and sun-protective therapies, acne/rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. She also provides cosmetic dermatologic procedures including injectable treatments such as BOTOX & Dysport as well as laser treatments such as IPL, nano-fractional and radiofrequency.

In her free time, she enjoys all that Washington has to offer including hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, two children and dog. Jacqueline was thrilled to join the Cascade Eye & Skin Center family in June 2022.
